Absolutely loved this place! The Yunnan-style rice noodles at 575 Miishien are incredibly authentic and comforting. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the noodles were perfectly cooked. I ordered the spicy braised beef Miishien and it did not disappoint. Great location in Palo Alto and friendly service — I’ll definitely be back.

One of the best spots in the Bay Area for Miishien! You can really taste the quality of the ingredients and the care put into each bowl. The Cross-Bridge Miishien with premium beef was outstanding, and the appetizers were just as good. Clean space, warm service, and very satisfying food overall. I like this place and I will definitely come back again!
